At Loworbittees, we accept returns for products in New or Slightly used condition. This includes items that may have been tried on but remain in a resaleable state. We handle returns for both defective items (manufacturing errors) and non-defective items (buyer's remorse, incorrect size, or change of mind).
To initiate a return, please use the pre-printed return label included in your original package. This label is provided at no additional cost to you. Simply package the item securely and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. All returns are processed through our administrative hub in Anchorage.
We accept exchanges for all orbital apparel. If you require a different size, color, or design, please follow the return instructions above and specify your exchange preference in your correspondence with our support team at [email protected].
Once your return is received and inspected at our Anchorage facility, your refund will be authorized. We commit to a refund processing time of 7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that individual bank processing times may vary slightly beyond our 7-day administrative window.
