01. Notice of Alleged Infringement

02. Counter Notification
If you believe that your material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:
- Identification of the material that has been removed.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (Anchorage, Alaska).
03. Repeat Infringer Policy
Loworbittees reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of the intellectual property rights of others. We maintain a strict administrative record of all notices received to ensure the integrity of our creative community.
