01. Trademark Notice
The "Loworbittees" name, our minimalist orbital insignia, and all related slogans and branding are trademarks of our Anchorage-based studio. These marks may not be utilized in connection with any product or service that is not provided by Loworbittees, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among patrons or disparage our brand integrity.
02. Copyright Ownership
The visual identity of Loworbittees, specifically our curated aesthetic and custom-printed garments, is the result of significant creative investment. We retain full copyright ownership of all designs created at our 3007 Dawson St facility. Purchase of a physical garment does not transfer the underlying intellectual property or reproduction rights to the patron.
03. Limited License & Access
Loworbittees grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and make personal use of this website for the purpose of purchasing apparel. You are not permitted to download (other than page caching) or modify any portion of the site without our express written consent. This license specifically excludes any resale or commercial use of our designs or descriptions.
04. Infringement Policy
We respect the intellectual property of others and expect our patrons to do the same. 05. User-Generated Content
When you share images of your "Orbital Wear" on social media and tag Loworbittees, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to feature your content for promotional purposes. We will always endeavor to credit the original creator when these assets are utilized.
