Order Cancellation Policy

At Loworbittees (https://loworbittees.com/), we utilize a high-velocity fulfillment system to ensure our "Orbital Wear" reaches our patrons as quickly as possible. Because our Anchorage logistics hub initiates the 1-day handling process almost immediately after an acquisition is confirmed, the window for cancellations is strictly limited.

Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation within 120 minutes (2 hours) of placing your order. Once this timeframe has elapsed, the order enters the technical fulfillment stage and cannot be halted.

01. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order within the eligible 120-minute window, please follow these administrative steps:

  • Email: Send an immediate request to [email protected].
  • Subject Line: Use "URGENT CANCELLATION" followed by your Order Number (e.g., URGENT CANCELLATION #LBT10234).
  • Verification: Include the billing name and the email address used during checkout for rapid identity verification.

02. Post-Dispatch Cancellations

If your request is received after the 120-minute window or after the package has departed our 3007 Dawson St facility, we cannot cancel the shipment. In this event, you must wait to receive the item and then initiate a standard return under our 30-Day Return Policy.

03. Administrative Fees

Loworbittees does not charge any administrative or "restocking" fees for cancellations made within the valid 2-hour window. Your refund will be processed in full back to your original payment method.

04. Partial Cancellations

If you wish to remove only a portion of your order, please contact our support liaison within the 120-minute window. If the request is feasible, we will adjust the acquisition and refund the difference. If the window has passed, the full order will be fulfilled as originally requested.

05. Cancellations by Loworbittees

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Potential fraud flags identified by our secure payment gateways.
  • Inventory discrepancies or "Out of Orbit" (out of stock) status.
  • Technical errors in pricing or product descriptions.

In such cases, you will be notified immediately via email, and a 100% refund will be issued.
