Shipping Policy

At Low Orbit Tees LLC, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and stress-free. This policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver all purchases made on loworbittees.com.

Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within one business day — Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During busy periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We work with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
– Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days within the contiguous U.S.
– Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional cost)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, distance, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Coverage
We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with carrier details, tracking number, and a direct link to track your package in real time.

Risk of Loss and Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning risk transfers to you once the carrier takes possession. Once the carrier marks your package as “delivered”, the order is considered fulfilled.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost, delayed, or missing:

1. Verify the shipping address used at checkout.

2. Check with neighbors or household members.

3. Contact the carrier using your tracking number.

If unresolved, email support@loworbittees.com within seven business days of the expected delivery date for assistance. For stolen packages, filing a claim with the carrier is recommended. While replacements aren’t guaranteed, we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect Address Policy
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll notify you and offer to reship (additional shipping fees may apply). Refunds can be issued minus original shipping costs if you choose to cancel the order.

Multiple Shipments
Large or multi-item orders may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive tracking info for each shipment.
